Who we are
ALTRAVAX is a pharmaceutical brand operated by BDN Traders Private Limited ("BDN Traders", "we", "us"), headquartered in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. We distribute critical care injectables across India under CDSCO Distribution Licenses DL000504 and DL000511.
What we collect
When you submit one of our contact forms (General Inquiry, Product Inquiry, or Distributor/Franchise), we collect: your name, email address, phone number, organisation/company name, location (city/state), business type, and the content of your message. For distributor applications we additionally collect business volume and investment capacity ranges. For technical reasons, the IP address from which the form was submitted is logged with the lead email as a spam-prevention signal.
How we use it
Your contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry, complete any commercial discussion you initiated, and maintain ongoing correspondence about your order or partnership. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, automated profiling, or any purpose you have not explicitly initiated.
Who we share with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Form submissions are delivered to our official mailbox via Resend (a transactional email service). Our website is hosted on Vercel. These service providers process data only as required to deliver the service, under their own published privacy and security commitments.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for further processing. To exercise any of these rights, email bdntrades@gmail.com from the address you submitted in the form. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Lead emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as the business relationship is reasonably active. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
